 We have unfortunately reached facility capacity for our Annual Convention & Expo.

 A wait list has been opened on the registration site. Those who still wish to register for a CE class should select the option to be waitlisted. Those interested in attending the Casino Night on Thursday, Oct. 13, or one or both CRS designation courses, please email to info@delawarerealtor.com.

 There will be no onsite registration for any of our events.

Changes to existing registrations can be made until Sept. 22.

What You Need to Know Before Your GO

Meals: A continental breakfast and boxed lunch will be available both days.

Accommodations: Rooms are available at Hyatt Place Dewey Beach for October 12 -15. The link for booking online is here. You may also call for reservations at 1-855-556-1297 and ask for the Delaware Association of REALTORS® rate or mention this group code: G-DEAR. The group rate is $139 for a king or double/double room. The cut-off date to book rooms is September 22. The group rate is not guaranteed after that date.

Parking: Street and lot parking are free to all attendees. The parking deck below the hotel is reserved for hotel guests only. Do not park there.
