The Bayhealth Community Wellness Program is for anyone in Bayhealth’s service area who is interested in living a healthier life. One important aspect of living a healthier life is consistent blood pressure monitoring as high blood pressure (hypertension) may be linked to heart disease and other chronic diseases. You will have the opportunity to get your blood pressure checked by an RN and receive individualized counseling based on your blood pressure results, medication and health issues.
The Bayhealth Community Wellness Program is free and registration is not required.
