Caesar Rodney to face Cape Henlopen in DIAA unified flag football finals

The Delaware Interscholastic Athletic Association (DIAA) held the Unified Flag Football Semifinals on November 19, 2025. Caesar Rodney High School, ranked second, won against third-ranked Thomas McKean with a score of 76 to 58. Cape Henlopen, seeded fifth, defeated top-seeded Indian River with a score of 52 to 44.

The finals will feature Caesar Rodney facing Cape Henlopen. The championship game is scheduled for Friday, November 28 at 4:00 PM at Delaware State University’s Alumni Stadium in Dover.

Tickets for the event are available online through Go Fan. A single ticket provides entry to both the Unified Flag Football Championship and the Class 3A Football Championship. Children aged four and under can attend without a ticket. Further details about the tournament bracket and other state championships can be found on the DIAA website or by following their social media channels.

“One ticket will grant admission to the Unified Flag Football Championship and the Class 3A Football Championship. Children 4 years old and younger do not need a ticket.”
