Any delinquent utility balance not paid by end of business day February 23, 2022, will be disconnected on February 24, 2022 and subject to additional service fees. Please contact City Hall at 302-398-3530 to discuss an individual delinquent account.

REMINDER: Any delinquent utility account not paid by the end of business on the day prior to disconnect day will be assessed a $50 service fee. In order to have services restored a $50 service fee will be assessed during normal business hours and a $100 service fee will be assessed for after hours.
