City of Delaware issued the following announcement on May 18.
A contractor will be burying telecommunications conduit at the Point, between East Point Crossing and Bowtown Road, requiring lane restrictions May 22 through June 5. Two-way traffic will be maintained with flaggers. At times, westbound Central Ave will be will be detoured onto William Street to Lake St.
All of the work and lane closures will occur between 8 pm and 6 am.
