The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Houston fell by $30,448 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $43,000 - a 41.5% decrease over the $73,448 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Houston in October 2017, as well.
