Wyoming home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Wyoming rose by $28,407 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,090 - a 20.5% increase over the $138,683 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Wyoming in the fourth quarter of 2017.
