Marydel home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Marydel fell by $18,500 while total sales increased by 166.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,500 - a 11.6% decrease over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Marydel in the third quarter of 2017.
