Hickory Ridge home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Hickory Ridge fell by $64,000 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $272,000 - a 19% decrease over the $336,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Hickory Ridge in the third quarter of 2017.
