Magnolia home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Magnolia fell by $10,100 while total sales increased by 30.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $289,900 - a 3.4% decrease over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Magnolia in the third quarter of 2017.
