Hunters Ridge home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Hunters Ridge rose by $115,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $402,500 - a 40% increase over the $287,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Hunters Ridge in the third quarter of 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Hunters Ridge for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,390, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
