Leipsic home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Leipsic fell by $22,218 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $55,000 - a 28.8% decrease over the $77,218 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Leipsic in the second half of 2017.
