Harrington home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Harrington rose by $31,145 while total sales decreased by 33.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $172,000 - a 22.1% increase over the $140,855 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 95 homes sold in Harrington in the second half of 2017.
