Riverview home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Riverview rose by $26,500 while total sales decreased by 17.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 12.1% increase over the $218,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Riverview in the second half of 2017.
