Town of Clayton issued the following announcement on March 17
Until further notice, the Town Hall will be closed to the general public starting March 16, 2020. We want to do our part in limiting the transmission of the COVID-19 virus, and limiting exposure to our constituents and staff. We will continue to monitor the situation and determine the schedule to re-open upon information and guidelines provided by the CDC and the Department of Health & Social Services. Business will go on as usual. The office staff will be here to answer your telephone calls during normal business hours. Please put checks and money orders in the drop box. Credit card payments will be made on-line. Cash will be taken at the police lobby window. If you need to pick up a permit or complete a utility deposit form, please go to the police station. The Town appreciates your cooperation during this time.
