Please Take Notice That The Town Of Bowers Board Of Adjustment Will Hear Public Comments At A Public Hearing Held August 5, 2020 At 10:00 Am At The Bowers Town Hall Located At 3357 Main St., Bowers, Delaware (New Building Behind Original Maritime Museum) Regarding A Request By Terry L. Hawk For Two Variances Of 6.25 Feet Each From The Bowers Zoning Code Minimum Lot Width Requirement Of 50 Feet In Order To Subdivide Property Situated On Cooper Ave., More Particularly Described As Tax Map Parcel 8-01-11517-02-7800-00001, Into Two Lots That Are Each 43.75 Feet Wide.
In Addition To Being Able To Attend The Meeting In Person, Pursuant To The Governor’s Proclamation Issued On March 12, 2020, The Public Will Be Permitted To Participate In The Meeting Remotely Via Video Conference Or Telephone By Using The Following Link Or Phone Number: Zoom Meeting Link
