The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Wyoming rose by $91,250 while total sales increased by 350%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 - a 73.7% increase over the $123,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Wyoming in August 2019.
