City of Delaware issued the following announcement on Oct. 12.
A reminder that City of Delaware utility customers who are unemployed, partially unemployed, or unable to work due to the COVID-19 pandemic can qualify for the City’s Utility Assistance Program. Residents can apply for a payment plan or a credit toward their bill. The assistance program application can be completed online at http://ow.ly/QDSe50BNuVS
