Houston home prices rise in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Houston rose by $65,250 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $122,750 - a 113.5% increase over the $57,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Houston in September 2019.
