Capitol Park home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Capitol Park rose by $3,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $102,000 - a 3% increase over the $99,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Capitol Park in the third quarter of 2019.
