The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Magnolia rose by $46,236 while total sales increased by 14.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $347,000 - a 15.4% increase over the $300,764 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Magnolia in the fourth quarter of 2019.
