Pine Ridge median home prices rose by 12.8% in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Pine Ridge rose by $19,550 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $172,000 - a 12.8% increase over the $152,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Pine Ridge in the second half of 2019.
