Magnolia median home prices rose by 10% in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Magnolia rose by $29,972 while total sales increased by 30.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 128 homes sold, with a median sale price of $331,000 - a 10% increase over the $301,028 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 98 homes sold in Magnolia in the second half of 2019.
