2020: Home prices in Houston increased

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Houston rose by $47,250 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $164,000 - a 40.5% increase over the $116,750 median sale price for the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Houston in 2019.
