2020: Wyoming experienced a 17.1% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Wyoming rose by $29,950 while total sales increased by 38.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 68 homes sold, with a median sale price of $204,950 - a 17.1% increase over the $175,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Wyoming in 2019.
