Wyoming median home prices rose by 17.3% in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Wyoming rose by $33,100 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $224,000 - a 17.3% increase over the $190,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Wyoming in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Wyoming for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $512, approximately 0.2% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
