Pricing for the median home in Wyoming decreased during the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Wyoming fell by $6,900 while total sales decreased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $193,000 - a 3.5% decrease over the $199,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Wyoming in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Wyoming for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $512, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
