The first half of 2021: Home prices in Felton Heights increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Felton Heights rose by $37,500 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $261,500 - a 16.7% increase over the $224,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Felton Heights in the first half of 2020, as well.
