Lynn Baker: Lynn has been in the appraisal and real estate industry for over 35 years. He has been a Certified Residential Appraiser since licensing laws first went into effect and has owned and operated Baker Appraisal Services, Inc. since that time. He served as the Chair of Delaware’s Council on Real Estate Appraisers and is a founding member of the Delaware Association of Appraisers. Lynn is an associate broker with RE/MAX Horizons.
Stephen R. Huston: Steve has been a state-certified residential real estate appraiser in both Delaware and Maryland since 1991, and is a Senior Residential Appraiser (SRA) with the Appraisal Institute. Steve served six years on the Delaware Council for Real Estate Appraisers, the state regulatory board for real estate appraisers in Delaware. Steve is also an active real estate agent with Callaway, Farnell & Moore in Seaford.
Jim Mullin: Jim has been an independent-fee appraiser for more than 33 years, and is a Certified Residential Appraiser in Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. He is a Senior Residential Appraiser (SRA) with the Appraisal Institute since 1996, and has served as the Treasurer, Secretary and President of the Delaware Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
Philip McGinnis: Phil is broker and owner of McGinnis Commercial Real Estate Company and Dover Consulting Services, a real estate appraising and consulting firm. He is a state-certified general real estate appraiser in both Delaware and Maryland and served eight years on the Delaware Council for Real Estate Appraisers, the state regulatory board for real estate appraisers, five of those years as Chair. Phil holds the General Accredited Appraiser (GAA) designation from NAR.
