Of the 449 people living in Houston in 2020, 48.3 percent (217) were women and 51.7 percent (232) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Kent County Today.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 13. In the 65 and over age range, there were 39 females and 83 males.
