Bayhealth Hosting September Career Fairs in Middletown and Georgetown

Bayhealth is hosting two career fairs in September to fill patient care positions in the hospitals and within the Bayhealth Medical Group physician practices. The first career fair is on Monday, Sept. 12 at Bayhealth Outpatient Center, Middletown at 209 E. Main St., Middletown from 5:30-7:30 p.m. The second career fair is on Tuesday, Sept. 13 at the CHEER Community Center in Georgetown at 20520 Sand Hill Road from 5-7 p.m.

There are patient care positions open in all areas of the organization. Bayhealth welcomes all licensed, or soon-to-be licensed patient care professionals to attend the career fair including registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), pharmacists, pharmacy techs, nursing assistants, surgical techs including first assistants, and medical assistants. The Bayhealth Medical Group is also seeking candidates interested in front desk positions at the physician practices.

Hiring managers will be onsite at each career fair to speak with candidates and conduct interviews.

Eligible candidates have a chance to win a $500 gift card when they attend the event.

Candidates will learn about Bayhealth’s mission, vision, and values and how they can be a part of a team that is committed to a growing community. Bayhealth teams will be onsite to share information about competitive benefits and other incentives like the Part-Time Weekend Program and the Student Loan Repayment Program.

As central and southern Delaware’s largest health system and a regional healthcare leader, Bayhealth is forward-thinking and well positioned to keep pace with the growth of our service areas. Bayhealth owns and operates two hospitals and numerous outpatient and physician practices.
