The Town of Wyoming and Help Initiative, Inc of Delaware have teamed up to offer residents of Wyoming a free service through the Lights-on Delaware Strong Program. Members of Help Initiative will be visiting homes on Thursday afternoon to hang flyers and speak to residents about the program.
