PUBLIC NOTICE OF OCTOBER 20, 2022

ORGANIZATIONAL AND FISCAL MEETING

OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF

THE TERRA ALTA NEW COMMUNITY AUTHORITY

Notice is hereby given that an Organizational and Fiscal Meeting of the Board of Trustees of The Terra Alta New Community Authority will be held on Thursday, October 20, 2022, commencing at 9:00 a.m., in the Council Chambers on the 2nd Floor of the Delaware City Hall, 1 South Sandusky Street, Delaware, Ohio  43015.  The purpose of the meeting is to:

 1.Elect of officers of the Board for 2022.

2.Consider for adoption Resolution No. 2022-1: “Determining the Community Development Charge for 2022 (for receipt for 2023) and Providing for its Expenditure.”

3.Consider for adoption Resolution No. 2022-1: “Authorizing the Procurement of Surety Bonds and Liability Insurance for Members of the Board of Trustees of The Terra Alta New Community Authority.”

4.Consider any other business as may properly come before the Board.

             The meeting is open to the public.
