City of Delaware issued the following announcement on May 18.

Troy Road will close to traffic May 31-June 13 so a storm water culvert and a sanitary sewer line can be installed under the road. The work is related to the Park View  development project. The posted detour routes will include Pennsylvania Avenue, US 23 and Hills Miller Road. Following the 2-week installation project, periodic closures of Troy Road may occur between 7 am-4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
