City Of Delaware issued the following announcement on Sept. 16.
The US23 NB exit ramp to William Street will be closed to traffic overnight tonight, from 10 pm through Saturday at 6 am. During the ramp closure, traffic will be detoured at the S. Sandusky Street exit. The closure is associated with ODOT’s ongoing ramp and retaining wall project.
