City of Delaware issued the following announcement on May 10.
After a two-year Covid hiatus, the Delaware Arts Festival is this Saturday (11 am-7 pm) and Sunday (10 am-5 pm). Arts Festival street closings will begin at 5 am Saturday. Streets will be cleared and re-open by 7 pm Sunday. Closed will be Sandusky Street, from William Street to Central Avenue, and from William to Spring Street; and Winter Street, from Franklin Street to the East Winter Street exit from the city parking lot.
