1. Order takeout or delivery from a Delaware restaurant on #TakeoutTuesday
2. In the Facebook app on your phone, find this post on the Division of Small Business page, and click “Try it” to put this frame on a shot of your delicious food
3. Post the photo and tag Delaware Division of Small Business (@delawaresmallbusiness) and the restaurant, if it has a Facebook page
